OUR SERVICE PLEDGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS:
1. The chances of having to pay import duty on your package is small. If the post office does collect however, just scan your ‘duty paid’ receipt, email it to us, and we will pay you that amount by check.
2. If postal theft occurs (rare, but it has happened: one customer received an empty box) take your package back to the post office and declare goods stolen. If they don’t pay you damages, get a written statement from them, scan it and email it to us. We will reimburse you or re-ship the goods that were stolen.
3. If for some reason your package never arrives, take your tracking number to the post office and get a statement from them stating that the package has not arrived. Scan/email to us and we will re-ship or give you a refund.
4. If the cigarettes you ordered are not available, we will email to notify you. You can either cancel your order or wait until we get them in stock.
5. If you feel your cigs are stale, return to our US address, and we will either refund you or re-ship to you.
6. If your package is damaged, take it back to the post office to declare. If they don’t pay you damages, get a statement from them, scan/email to us, and we will reimburse you.

-All pricing is in American dollars. BUT, if you live outside the USA, your credit card bill will show in your local currency. Be aware of this.
-Every year we take a week off on May 1-7, October 1-7, and we take 2 weeks off sometime in February for Spring Festival. So if you order during those times, EXPECT A DELAY IN YOUR SHIPMENT!!
